Welland Primary Animals
The week prior to the Easter holidays I had a lovely couple of days working with the children and staff at Welland Primary School, please see previous blog entry: http://eastnorpottery.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
The giraffe was the final piece to emerge from the kiln. These wonderful creatures were exhibited at the Spring Gardening Show at the Malvern Showground, at the beginning of May, where I ran workshops for three days. Please see the following link for more information: http://www.threecounties.co.uk/springgardening/schools-gardens.html.
After that the animals will be delivered to the school their final resting place, acting as a permanent reminder of what can be achieved by teamwork.
